QR Code & PDF Scanner Pro is 100% free to download and use. The free tier provides unrestricted access to camera barcode scanning, gallery screenshot extraction, document-to-PDF scanning, and custom QR creation supported by non-intrusive ads. For professional business users, we provide an optional Scanner Pro Premium subscription (or lifetime pass) that removes all advertisements, unlocks batch CSV barcode exports, high-compression PDF compilation, and multi-language OCR text extraction.

To cancel your subscription on any Android device:
1. Open the Google Play Store application.
2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
4. Tap QR Code & PDF Scanner Pro.
5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

Important: Deleting or uninstalling the mobile app from your device does not automatically cancel your recurring Google Play subscription. You must cancel through Google Play.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the active subscription cycle expires. Google Play handles all renewal billing directly.

Because all transactions are processed through Google Play In-App Billing, refund eligibility is governed by Google Play's standard refund policies. Users may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly through Google Play purchase history. For technical faults or billing assistance, contact our support team at contact@shreyapps.com.

Yes! Tap Settings > Restore Purchases inside the app. As long as your new device is logged into the identical Google Play account used during the initial purchase, your premium entitlement will reactivate immediately at zero additional charge.

No, never. On mobile, all transactions are processed by Google Play. On our website, payments are processed directly through Razorpay (for India) and PayPal (International) using encrypted tokenization. We never see, receive, or store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers.

When you purchase a subscription on our website, an encrypted entitlement token with cryptographic tamper verification is stored securely in your browser's local session. When you return next week or next month, the site automatically detects your active plan and keeps Pro mode unlocked without asking you to pay again.

If you switch laptops or clear your cache: You don't have to pay again. Simply go to Pricing, click Restore Access, and enter your purchase email or your 6-digit Sync Code from the Android app to rehydrate your session instantly.

Our Pro Pass is unified across platforms powered by RevenueCat:

• If you bought on Android: Open the app > Settings (⚙️) > Web Studio Pro Access. Copy your 6-digit Sync Code, open our website, and enter it under the Restore Access banner. Web Pro unlocks for free!

You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click:

You will continue to have full Pro access until your prepaid cycle ends.

Custom shapes soften the aesthetic appearance of QR codes without corrupting the underlying data matrix. However, to guarantee optical scannability across diverse smartphone cameras, module areas must maintain at least 80% surface area of their theoretical grid cell, and the three corner Finder Pattern eyes must remain high-contrast.

A center logo physically covers up to 25% of the data modules in the QR code matrix. Level H provides 30% Reed-Solomon data redundancy, meaning the code can recover and decode perfectly even with its center modules covered by a logo card. Our studio automatically switches to Level H whenever a logo is uploaded.

Always select Vector SVG for commercial printing on business cards, flyers, packaging, or billboards. SVGs scale infinitely without pixelation. If using PNG, ensure the export resolution slider is set to at least 1024px to ensure 300 DPI print crispness.

Yes. Selecting the WiFi tab creates an encrypted WIFI:S:SSID;T:WPA;P:Password;; payload. When guests scan the code using their smartphone camera, their phone prompts them to join the network with one tap without typing the password.

No. All QR codes generated in our studio are Static QR Codes. The payload is encoded directly into the pixel pattern. They never expire, have zero monthly scan limits, and do not rely on external redirection servers.

Code 128: Versatile alphanumeric barcode widely used in warehousing, shipping cartons, and internal asset tracking.
EAN-13: 13-digit standard for retail products worldwide (outside North America).
UPC-A: 12-digit standard for retail items across the United States and Canada.
Both EAN-13 and UPC-A require a valid Modulo-10 checksum digit, which our studio calculates automatically.

In the Bulk Generator & Upload tab, paste your code list or upload a CSV, select Avery 5160 (30 labels per sheet) or Avery 5163 (10 shipping labels), click Generate All, and tap Print Label Sheet. Our print styles format the grid with exact dimensions and zero page-break clipping.

When you click Download ZIP of PNGs, our client-side engine renders each individual barcode into a crisp, high-resolution PNG image named after its SKU/Item title (e.g., SKU1001_Wireless_Mouse.png) and packages them into a clean ZIP file instantly without uploading your catalog to external servers.

Different barcode formats have strict character set requirements. EAN-13 requires exactly 12 or 13 numeric digits. UPC-A requires 11 or 12 numeric digits. If your code contains alphabetical letters, select Code 128 or Code 39 instead.

Yes. Both our web scanner and Android mobile app feature gallery photo extraction. You can pick an image or screenshot received over WhatsApp or email, and the optical engine will locate, isolate, and decode the code within milliseconds.

Our camera pipeline uses real-time edge detection algorithms (Canny edge filters and quadrilateral contour matching) to detect paper sheets against contrasting table surfaces. It automatically flattens keystoning, enhances text sharpness, and compiles multi-page documents into standardized PDFs.

Yes. The optical engine uses adaptive binarization and thresholding to read codes across reflective surfaces, plastic wrapping, and curved bottle labels. For dim environments, tap the flashlight/torch icon on the scanner screen.

No. All camera optical processing, barcode recognition, and document PDF generation occur 100% locally in device RAM. Scanned contracts, invoices, and private photos are never uploaded or synced to external cloud databases.

Camera permission is required solely to stream video frames into the local optical decoder for live barcode and document scanning. The app never records video, takes background photos, or accesses camera sensors outside active scanning.

Open the app, navigate to Settings > Clear All History & Cache, and tap confirm. You can also clear all stored data through Android Settings > Apps > QR Code & PDF Scanner Pro > Storage > Clear Data.
